You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StarLit Arcade and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to external websites, including New Zealand help and support organisations. These links are provided for your convenience and information. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Visiting any linked website is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
